Please read this notice before installing, accessing, or using the application.
No warranties
VICTOR’S EXPENSE TRACKER IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VICTOR’S SMART SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Victor’s Smart Solutions does not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device or browser, or suitable for your particular business needs. Calculations, summaries, exports, and other results may contain errors and should be independently verified.
Your data and backup responsibilities
The current application stores expense records locally in your browser. Victor’s Smart Solutions does not maintain a server-side backup of those records or provide automatic recovery.
You are responsible for creating regular backups, checking that backups are usable, protecting your device, and verifying your records before relying on them.
Data may be lost, corrupted, overwritten, or become inaccessible because of browser settings, cleared browsing data, private browsing, device failure, software changes, user actions, backup restoration, or other causes. Using a different browser, browser profile, device, or application address may prevent access to previously stored records.
Local records and downloaded files are not encrypted by the application. Use appropriate device security and store backups and exports safely.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VICTOR’S SMART SOLUTIONS AND ITS DEVELOPERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS, CORRUPTION, DISCLOSURE, OR INABILITY TO RECOVER DATA; LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM INSTALLING, ACCESSING, USING, OR BEING UNABLE TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract or negligence, but only to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits excluding or limiting. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Not professional advice
The application is a general expense organization tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with recordkeeping, reporting, or tax requirements.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your records, your business decisions, and any filings or reports. Consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Updates, support, and customization
The free application does not include a commitment to ongoing maintenance, technical support, updates, or compatibility with future devices or browsers.
Submitting or downloading a customization request does not create a service agreement or guarantee that work will be accepted. Paid customization and support, if offered, will be governed by a separate written agreement.
Acknowledgment
Before first use, you must acknowledge that you have read this notice, understand the application’s limitations, and accept responsibility for maintaining and verifying your own backups. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.
